My name is Patrick Mahoney, I provide professional Craft Service for Movies, TV and other productions and I'm interested in working on your upcoming production. I'm able to work on your production for as long as is needed.
I have a fully equipped kit and supplies with my food truck in order to supply the services needed to complete my job with you. Attached are some pictures of my truck, trailer, food and other pictures so you can view what may be used for Craft Service. The truck has two separate freezers, one used for ice-cream and other frozen food treats and the other provides flexibility for freshly cooked hot snacks to be served anytime.
I have extensive experience working on productions of various cast and crew size, budgets (from low to full features) and locations. The staff on my team work diligently to provide healthy snacks and drinks to cast and crew members. I have experience in dealing with various types of dietary requirements that any member of the production may have such as a gluten or lactose intolerant condition. I'm dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to healthy and nutritious food. In addition I can offer BBQ any time that it might be appropriate or needed.
